岗位职责： 1、趋势研究：收集行业市场产品信息和未来趋势资讯，进行市场调查、分析与整理，参与创新概念设计与实际新品开发工作； 2、创新提案：根据需求进行产品工业设计及独立提案，独立完成或配合团队完成符合公司要求的产品设计工作； 3、产品落地：在成本范围类，推成出新、提出可行性创新解决方案；牵引串联产品、研发、市场等横向部门，推动设计高质量的落地；共同推动产品量产上市； 4、设计沉淀：协助完成设计规范的制定和后续迭代更新； 5、其他设计相关事项。
