The posting

岗位职责 1.负责充电宝、充电器 / 移动电源等消费电子产品的结构全流程设计，包括结构方案规划、3D 建模、关键结构（电芯仓、接口、散热、防水）设计、DFM/DFA 优化，跟进模具开发、试产验证及量产导入，解决开发过程中的结构问题。 2.跟进结构设计相关项目进度，协调硬件、ID、模具厂、供应链等多方资源，管控结构开发成本；负责产品结构可靠性测试跟进，输出测试报告并完成问题整改，保障产品符合安规与质量要求。 3.负责结构设计的技术沉淀与优化，输出设计规范、标准化文档；参与产品降本、轻量化结构优化，跟进行业新工艺 / 新材料（如氮化镓小型化结构、磁吸充电结构）的调研与落地应用。

任职要求 - 全日制本科及以上，机械设计、模具设计等相关专业。 - 27-36岁，3年以上产品结构开发经验，2年以上运动类机械产品独立主导结构设计经验。 - 有同行经验，或运动结构相关产品设计经验者优先；工业设计转结构设计亦可。 - 机械理论扎实，精通运动机构原理，懂各类成型及表面处理工艺，曲面造型能力佳（需提供作品）。 - 熟练使用SolidWorks、Creo等相关设计软件。 - 工作积极严谨，责任心强，具备良好沟通与团队协作能力。
