岗位职责： 1.【供应商开发与寻源】根据公司战略规划、业务发展需求，负责收集、整理和分析供应商信息、采购成本数据、供应市场动态等各类相关数据，撰写采购资源开发报告，制定前瞻性的采购品类策略和供应商开发计划； 2.【供应商认证与导入】构建科学的供应商评估指标体系，主导新供应商的认证与导入， 3.【供应商管理与辅导】定期对现有供应商进行绩效评估与辅导，帮助供应商改进绩效，协同交付采购解决交付、质量、降本工作，不断优化供应商结构，提升整体供应能力； 3.【商务谈判与合同管理】主导与供应商的商务谈判工作，实现采购成本的有效控制与采购价值的最大化提升。协同法务部门，起草、审核和修订采购合同文本，建立合同执行监控机制，确保合同的全面、准确履行，维护企业与供应商之间的良好合作关系。 4.【供应风险管理】建立健全供应风险预警与评估机制，全面识别和分析可能影响物资供应的内外部风险因素。确保公司生产运营的物资供应稳定、可靠，最大程度降低供应中断风险，保障公司正常经营秩序。 5.【市场调研与分析】关注与收集行业动态、市场趋势及原材料价格走势，定期撰写市场调研分析报告，预测市场变化对采购业务的影响。分析竞争对手的采购策略与供应链管理模式，学习借鉴先进经验，不断优化公司的采购资源开发和管理工作，提升公司在行业内的竞争力。 6.【供应商关系维护与协同】致力于与供应商建立长期稳定、互利共赢的战略合作伙伴关系。建立高层互访，联合共创等机制，增进彼此的了解与信任。搭建高效的信息共享平台，采销协同，提升供应链的整体协同效率与竞争力，实现公司与供应商的共同发展与成长。

任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，采购管理、物流管理、工商管理、经济学、机械工程、材料科学等相关专业优先，能力卓越者可放宽至大专； 2.具有5年以上采购资源开发或相关领域工作经验，熟悉采购流程与供应商管理体系； 3.熟悉通用设备制造业中的影像器材及周边产品领域 或互联网 / 电子商务、智能设备行业的采购环境和供应链特点，能够更快地融入公司业务，精准开展供应商开发与管理工作。 4.熟练掌握供应商评估与选择方法，具备出色的商务谈判技巧和合同管理能力； 5.熟悉合同法等相关法律法规，掌握供应风险管理知识，能够运用风险评估工具和方法识别、评估和应对各类供应风险措施； 6.具备敏锐的市场洞察力和分析判断能力，具有较强的问题解决能力与沟通协调能力； 7.具备良好的抗压能力和应变能力，较强的学习能力和创新意识； 8.具备良好的职业道德和操守，严格遵守企业采购政策和廉洁自律规定，维护企业利益。
