Als Information Security Advisor maak je deel uit van een klein team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de volgende drie processen: informatieveiligheid, aanpassing aan de GDPR en beheer van geclassificeerde gegevens. Je werkt mee aan het opstellen van procedures en werkinstructies met het oog op het behalen van een NIS 2-certificering en het CyFUN framework op basisniveau. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de trainingen en bewustmaking op het gebied van cyber- en informatieveiligheid voor alle gebruikers via het Phished-platform. Je implementeert veiligheidspolicy’s zoals de categorisering van informatie in businessprocessen en het beheer van kritieke incidenten, het proces van gegevensanonimisering en transparantie van het beheer, de herziening van de policy’s en de procedures inzake klokkenluiders, het beheer van derden, enz. Je neemt deel aan de analyses van informatieveiligheidsrisico's. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de instelling voldoet aan de GDPR: Data Privacy Impact Assessment, Protocol artikel 20, het geven van adviezen en aanbevelingen voor alle activiteiten waarbij persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt, ... Je onderhoudt ook verschillende platforms zoals Metacompliance, SharePoint Infosec, ... Je neemt deel aan audits op het gebied van informatieveiligheid, governance of GDPR. Je hebt een Master- of Bachelordiploma in de Informatica en je kan bogen op een gedegen ervaring met ICT-systemen en -technologieën. Je hebt een grondige kennis van informatieveiligheid, het domein waar je bijzondere interesse voor hebt, en je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring in dit domein. Je beheerst de volgende domeinen goed: IT-beveiliging, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS 2, CyFUN, risicobeheer, enz. Je bent communicatief, beschikt over goede schrijfvaardigheden en kunt zeer goed tegen stress. Bovendien spreek je vloeiend Frans en Engels.
