Hoogtechnologische ICT-systemen zorgen voor meer efficiëntie in de belangrijke sociale verantwoordelijkheidsdomeinen van onze klanten zoals werk, gezin en gezondheid. Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jobomschrijving

Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team van specialisten in informatieveiligheid en gegevensbescherming. Vanuit je expertise ondersteun en adviseer je directies van lidinstellingen bij strategische en operationele vraagstukken rond informatieveiligheid, gegevensbescherming en risicobeheer. Je werkt in een omgeving waar informatiesystemen, processen en risico’s samenkomen. Je begeleidt lidinstellingen bij het maken van onderbouwde keuzes, beoordeelt maatregelen op hun technische en organisatorische haalbaarheid en vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar heldere en werkbare adviezen. Daarbij draag je actief bij aan een veilige, betrouwbare en conforme verwerking van informatie en persoonsgegevens. Als Senior DPO & Information Security Advisor adviseer en begeleid je lidinstellingen bij strategische en operationele vraagstukken rond informatieveiligheid en gegevensbescherming. Je ondersteunt directies bij het beheersen van risico’s, het uitwerken van beleid en het nemen van onderbouwde beslissingen die bijdragen aan een veilige, betrouwbare en conforme verwerking van informatie en persoonsgegevens. - Je adviseert directies van lidinstellingen over informatieveiligheid, gegevensbescherming en risicobeheer. - Je begeleidt lidinstellingen bij het uitwerken van strategieën, beleidslijnen en verbetertrajecten op het vlak van informatieveiligheid. - Je voert risicoanalyses uit en formuleert aanbevelingen om de weerbaarheid, continuïteit en veiligheid van informatiesystemen en processen te versterken. - Je beoordeelt projecten, maatregelen en oplossingen op hun risico’s, impact en praktische haalbaarheid. - Je treedt op als functionaris voor gegevensbescherming (DPO) en adviseert over de verwerking en bescherming van persoonsgegevens. - Je sensibiliseert directies, management en medewerkers rond veilig en verantwoord omgaan met informatie. - Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor lidinstellingen en bouwt duurzame relaties uit met ICT-, juridische en beleidsverantwoordelijken. - Je vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar heldere, werkbare adviezen en begeleidt besluitvorming op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.

- Je hebt ruime ervaring in informatieveiligheid, gegevensbescherming, ICT-governance of risicobeheer. - Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig. - Je hebt een grondige kennis van GDPR, NIS2, informatieveiligheid en relevante beveiligings- en governancekaders. - Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een pragmatische aanpak en weet risico’s te vertalen naar haalbare oplossingen. - Je analyseert complexe vraagstukken en formuleert heldere en onderbouwde adviezen. - Je communiceert overtuigend en bent een gewaardeerde sparringpartner voor directies en management. - Je bouwt vlot relaties op en werkt effectief samen met technische, juridische en beleidsmatige stakeholders. - Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans en een goede kennis van het Engels.
