Als Senior Network Engineer sta je in voor het opzetten van de netwerkconfiguratie en het ontwikkelen van een architectuur die het best aansluit bij de behoeften van de organisatie en de gebruikers.

Concreet ben je verantwoordelijk voor :

- de opvolging, het beheer en de monitoring van het netwerk.

- het bieden van deskundige ondersteuning aan de verschillende ICT-teams en in het kader van incident & problem management.

- het voorstellen van verbeteringen aan de netwerkarchitectuur (technology watch).

- de implementatie en testen van DRP-oplossingen.

- het probleembeheer en escalatie naar relevante leveranciers.

- de verbinding met externe partners beheren en beveiligen met inachtneming van de geldende veiligheidsnormen die zijn gedefinieerd.

Uw profiel

Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in ICT en hebt relevante ervaring opgebouwd binnen netwerkbeheer en netwerksecurity. Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van TCP/IP-netwerken en bent vertrouwd met het ontwerpen, implementeren en beheren van complexe enterprise-netwerkinfrastructuren.

Je hebt een sterke expertise in routing, switching en security-oplossingen en beschikt over een Cisco CCNP-certificering. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met 802.1x wired en wireless authenticatie, MAB-authenticatie, Network Access Control (Cisco ISE), firewalls, proxies, VPN's, DNS en mailrelays.

Je bent vertrouwd met de volgende technologieën en platformen:

- Firewalls & Security: FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, CrowdStrike

- Switching & Routing: Cisco Catalyst 9000 Series (L2/L3)

- Wireless: Cisco WLC 9800 Series, Cisco AP91xx Series

- Network Access Control: Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)

- Monitoring & Management: Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Cisco Catalyst Center, Progress WhatsUp Gold

- Cloud: Microsoft Azure (Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, Route Tables, Load Balancers, VNet Peering)

- Zero Trust Network Access: FortiClient, FortiClient EMS

- Automation & Infrastructure as Code: Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform en REST API-integraties

- Datamodellen & Structuren: XML, JSON en YAML

Naast je technische expertise ben je een resultaatgerichte professional die verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en pragmatische oplossingen weet uit te werken. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband en beschikt over sterke communicatievaardigheden.

Dankzij je leergierigheid en interesse in nieuwe technologieën blijf je continu op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen binnen networking, cloud en security.

Je bent flexibel ingesteld, past je snel aan nieuwe omgevingen aan en voelt je comfortabel in complexe technische omgevingen.

Tot slot beschik je over een passieve kennis van het Frans en een goede beheersing van technisch Engels.
