Als Technical Application Owner maak je deel uit van de operationele teams. Application Owners (zowel technisch als functioneel) zorgen ervoor dat de applicaties binnen de organisatie goed functioneren. Samen met de key-users en softwareleveranciers ga je continu op zoek naar verbeteringen in de dagelijkse processen. Je bent de drijvende kracht in het uitrollen en uitdragen van de specifieke applicaties binnen de organisatie. Je houdt de software beschikbaar, verhelpt problemen en implementeert wensen vanuit gebruikers waarbij de focus ook ligt op het technische welzijn van de IT waarop de applicaties draaien. Je zoekt uit waar de problemen vandaan komen en lost dit zelfstandig op. Verder sta je in voor het beantwoorden van vragen van gebruikers en IT-collega's en ga je in overleg met de gebruiker en de softwareleverancier. Binnen het team zijn er verantwoordelijkheden die we kunnen opdelen onder ‘Business applicaties’ en ‘ondersteunende IT-applicaties’. De hoofdfocus ligt op de taken die onder het luik "ondersteunende IT-applicaties" vallen. Als Technical Application Owner ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - De opvolging van en rapportering over de componenten die van jouw team in productie draaien. - Het opvolgen van problemen in productie die gemeld worden door zowel business als IT-collega’s. - Ondersteuning aan de gebruikers. - Het zoeken naar de oorzaak en mogelijke oplossingen voor de problemen in productie en dit samen met de collega’s. - Het mee helpen testen van de nieuw ontwikkelde software om te garanderen dat deze stabiel blijft werken. - Het testen en valideren van "fixes" om een stabiele werking te garanderen. - Het beheer en de opvolging van documentatie en standaarden Voor het deel " Business applicaties" werkt je als je Technical Application Owner mee aan: - Het ontwikkelen van nieuwe ... - Je behaalde een bachelor of je kan een equivalente ervaring aantonen door ervaringen. - Je hebt ervaring met databases en schrijft vlot query’s. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met scripting in Python en PowerShell. - Je hebt interesse in Cloud en Azure DevOps. - Je ervaring met monitoring tools (Dynatrace), Linux en Java zijn een pluspunt. - Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je in nieuwe taken te verdiepen. Je stelt je constructief op, denkt creatief mee en werkt oplossingsgerichte voorstellen uit. - Je weet de stress die een release meebrengt goed te kanaliseren en de opvolging ook efficiënt aan te pakken. - Je bent empathisch ingesteld en je weet je inlevingsvermogen in te zetten om je teamgenoten en ons businesspartners beter te begrijpen. - Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, begrijpt het Frans en beschikt over een basiskennis van het Engels.
