Du kannst verkaufen, Menschen führen und möchtest einen Vertrieb aktiv weiterentwickeln? Dann suchen wir dich! Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Vertriebsleiter, der Verantwortung übernimmt, leistungsstarke Teams aufbaut und unseren B2B-Vertrieb auf die nächste Wachstumsstufe bringt. Bei uns erhältst du echten unternehmerischen Gestaltungsspielraum. Du verantwortest die personelle, strategische und wirtschaftliche Entwicklung unseres Vertriebs und arbeitest dabei eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen.

  • Du übernimmst die operative und strategische Führung unseres Vertriebsteams.
  • Du verantwortest Recruiting, Onboarding und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsmitarbeiter.
  • Du führst regelmäßige Coachings, Call-Reviews und Performancegespräche durch.
  • Du trägst die Verantwortung für Umsatz, Zielerreichung und die relevanten Vertriebskennzahlen.
  • Du optimierst unsere Vertriebsprozesse und entwickelst unsere Setter- und Closer-Strukturen weiter.
  • Du verantwortest CRM, Pipeline, Forecast und ein transparentes Vertriebsreporting.
  • Du unterstützt dein Team bei wichtigen Verkaufsgesprächen und übernimmst insbesondere zu Beginn auch selbst Abschlüsse.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige, nachweislich erfolgreiche Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise mit erklärungsbedürftigen Dienstleistungen.
  • Führungserfahrung mit mindestens fünf Vertriebsmitarbeitern.
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsteams.
  • Erfahrung im Recruiting, Onboarding und Performance Management.
  • Die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter zu motivieren, gezielt weiterzuentwickeln und konsequente Personalentscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen, Vertriebskennzahlen und Forecasting.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigenverantwortung und eine ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
