O que buscamos?

- Estamos buscando um profissional que irá atuar em nosso hospital temporariamente, garantindo a segurança, o controle de acesso e o atendimento aos pacientes, colaboradores e visitantes. O profissional será responsável por zelar pela tranquilidade do ambiente hospitalar, seguindo os protocolos de segurança e oferecendo um atendimento humanizado.

Dia a Dia:

  • Controlar o acesso de pessoas, veículos e fornecedores nas dependências do hospital, seguindo normas e procedimentos internos;
  • Realizar o atendimento e orientação de pacientes, familiares e visitantes, prestando informações sobre localização de setores e horários de visita;
  • Monitorar o fluxo de pessoas nas entradas e saídas, mantendo a ordem e segurança no ambiente;
  • Acionar a equipe de segurança e/ou assistência médica em situações de emergência ou ocorrências no local;
  • Elaborar relatórios diários de controle de acesso e registrar ocorrências relevantes.

Local de trabalho: Complexo Hospitalar Souza Aguiar. Endereço: Praça da República, 111, Centro, Rio de Janeiro

Horário: Plantonista 12x36 a definir pelo gestor.

O que precisamos que você tenha:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência prévia como porteiro, preferencialmente em ambiente hospitalar ou em áreas de grande fluxo de pessoas;
  • Postura ética e profissional, com foco no atendimento humanizado.
