Vous souhaitez exercer un métier hautement technique et essentiel, au service de patients pris en charge au bloc opératoire, dans un environnement structuré, sécurisé et exigeant ?

Vous intégrez un bloc opératoire réparti sur deux sites complémentaires et participez à une activité chirurgicale riche et diversifiée. Cette organisation vous permet de développer une véritable polyvalence technique en intervenant sur de nombreuses spécialités chirurgicales, tout en évoluant dans un environnement moderne et performant.

Votre expertise vous permet d'assurer la préparation des salles d'intervention, l'assistance peropératoire, la gestion des dispositifs médicaux ainsi que le respect des protocoles d'hygiène et d'asepsie, afin de garantir la sécurité des patients à chaque étape de leur parcours opératoire.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les chirurgiens, les anesthésistes et l'ensemble des équipes du bloc opératoire afin d'assurer une organisation fluide, coordonnée et sécurisée des interventions.

Vous évoluez au sein d'un plateau technique complet, dans un environnement favorisant la montée en compétences, la transmission des savoir-faire et le développement de votre expertise sur de multiples spécialités chirurgicales.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier(e) de Bloc Opératoire (IBODE), IDE avec mesures transitoires ou VAE
  • Débutant(e) ou expérimenté(e) en bloc opératoire
  • Possibilité d'être form(é) au bloc
  • Sens du service, de l'humain et de la sécurité des soins
  • Esprit d'équipe et excellent relationnel
  • Rigueur, précision et respect strict des protocoles d'asepsie
  • Grande capacité d'adaptation à différentes spécialités chirurgicales
  • Professionnalisme et sens des responsabilités
  • Ponctualité et fiabilité
  • Bonne gestion du stress en environnement technique
  • Discrétion et respect du secret professionnel
  • Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et capacité d'anticipation
  • Réactivité et engagement dans la qualité et la sécurité des soins
