The posting

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to manage business operations, sales, distribution, and team performance across multiple locations for a growing Food / Snacks company. Key Responsibilities Manage overall sales and business operations across assigned locations. Achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue and distribution targets. Lead, motivate and monitor sales and field teams. Develop and strengthen distributor, dealer, retailer and channel relationships. Expand market coverage and improve product availability and visibility. Monitor primary and secondary sales, stock movement and outstanding payments. Identify new market opportunities and support market expansion. Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities. Ensure effective execution of promotions, schemes and product launches. Track team performance, productivity and territory-wise KPIs. Coordinate with production, logistics, finance and marketing teams. Prepare regular sales, distribution and market MIS reports. Requirements Strong Sales & Distribution Management skills. Experience in FMCG / Food / Snacks / Consumer Products. Strong knowledge of Distributor & Retailer Management. Excellent team leadership and people-management skills. Market expansion and territory development skills. Good negotiation and relationship-management skills. Ability to analyse sales, distribution and market data. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel / CRM / Sales Reporting. Preferred Experience 6–12 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Snacks / Consumer Products. Experience managing multiple territories / branches / districts preferred. Candidates with experience in FMCG sales, distribution and channel management will be preferred.
