The posting

We are looking for candidate experienced in analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about financial planning and business performance. Key Roles & Responsibilities Analyze financial statements, revenue, expenses, and profitability. Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and budget-versus-actual reports. Monitor store-wise sales, operating expenses, and financial performance. Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations. Analyze sales trends, gross margins, operating costs, and business KPIs. Support cash flow planning, financial planning, and budgeting activities. Coordinate with accounts, operations, procurement, and management teams. Assist in financial modelling, business planning, and decision support. Recommend improvements to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Requirements ✔️ Strong financial analysis and numerical skills ✔️ Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis ✔️ Knowledge of P&L analysis and financial reporting ✔️ Advanced MS Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions ✔️ MIS reporting, dashboards, and data interpretation ✔️ Cost control, expense monitoring, and profitability analysis ✔️ Knowledge of retail KPIs and store-wise performance analysis ✔️ Familiarity with ERP, accounting software, or Power BI is an advantage ✔️ Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills Qualification & Experience Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent. Experience: 2–5 years in financial analysis, budgeting, MIS, or finance.
