Unser stark wachsendes Data, AI & MarTech Department sucht eine:n erfahrene:n Data Engineer. In dieser Position bist du dafür verantwortlich, unsere cloudbasierte Datenplattform – das Herzstück der technischen Dateninfrastruktur von Smartbroker für Business Analytics & Insights – zu verbessern und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. Werde Teil unseres Teams und spiele eine zentrale Rolle dabei, eine wirklich datengetriebene Kultur in der gesamten Organisation zu fördern und zu ermöglichen!

Stellenbeschreibung:

  • Unsere cloudbasierte Datenplattform für Data Analytics und Business Insights mit modernsten Datentechnologien entwickeln und verbessern
  • End-to-End-Datenpipelines aufbauen – von der Rohdaten-Ingestion bis zu konsumierbaren Daten: strukturierte und unstrukturierte Daten aufbereiten und bereinigen sowie hochwertige Datenmodelle für Advanced-Analytics- und KI-Use-Cases entwickeln
  • Data-Quality-Monitoring implementieren, um Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit der Datenpipelines sicherzustellen
  • Komponenten der Dateninfrastruktur designen, entwickeln (coden) und deployen
  • Eng mit sehr ambitionierten Data Engineers und Analyst:innen in unserem wachsenden Data, AI & MarTech Department sowie Kolleg:innen aus der Product-Technology zusammenarbeiten
  • Aktuelle Marktentwicklungen in Data-Cloud-Architekturen verfolgen und dein Wissen aktiv teilen

Dein Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Data Engineering sowie starkes Know-how im Aufbau daten-nativer, robuster, skalierbarer und wartbarer Datenplattformen
  • Umfassende Hands-on-Erfahrung im Design und Betrieb von Datenpipelines auf cloudbasierten Datenplattformen (AWS, GCP) unter Nutzung daten-nativer Services (S3, Athena, BigQuery …)
  • Erfahrung mit Data Warehousing und Containerization, z. B. Kubernetes, Docker …
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Cloud Networking & Security (IAM, Security Groups …)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Infrastructure as Code und entsprechende Praxiserfahrung
  • Tiefes Verständnis von Software-Engineering-Best-Practices: Requirements-Spezifikation, Version Control, CI/CD, Testing, Deployment und Monitoring von Datenpipelines und Services
  • Exzellente SQL-Kenntnisse sowie starke Programmierfähigkeiten in Python, idealerweise inkl. Airflow und PySpark
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Data-Streaming-Technologien wie Kafka, Kinesis, Flink …
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in der Kommunikation, Deutsch ist ein Plus
  • Interesse an der Finance- und Fintech-Branche sowie Sinn für Humor
