Caça de Oportunidades: Identificar empresas de grande porte que precisam elevar o nível de bem-estar dos colaboradores, transformando leads frios em reuniões fervendo para os nossos Closers. ❄️🔥 Inteligência de Mercado: Mapear os reais tomadores de decisão (como Diretores de RH, Facilities e Compras) e abordá-los com precisão cirúrgica. Abordagem Multicanal: Telefone, E-mail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp... onde o cliente estiver, você estará lá apresentando nossas soluções inovadoras de vending machines, cafeterias corporativas e micromarkets (autosserviço). 📲

💼 O que precisamos que você traga na bagagem:

✅ Experiência real com prospecção ativa B2B (Outbound). ✅ Resiliência de sobra e uma escuta ativa impecável (saber identificar a real "dor" da empresa). ✅ Domínio de CRM e ferramentas de inteligência comercial/vendas. ✅ Diferencial: Já ter atuado com venda de serviços corporativos ou soluções para facilities/RH será um super bônus!

💰 A nossa proposta:

Remuneração: Fixo + Comissionamento Variável Atrativo (Aqui, sua energia dita o tamanho do seu bolso!).

Modelo de Contratação: PJ (Necessário ter ou abrir MEI).

Modelo de trabalho: Presencial. Local de Trabalho: bairro da Glória (RJ).
