The posting

De financiële directie heeft als hoofddoel om de strategische doelstellingen van Smart te ondersteunen door ervoor te zorgen dat alles financieel in orde is.

Deze directie telt drie afdelingen: de boekhouding, beheercontrole en klantendienst. Je komt terecht bij de boekhouding, onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de CFO.

Functiebeschrijving

Binnen de financiële directie ga je aan de slag bij een ervaren team. Je zal het team ‘Leveranciers’ dagelijks ondersteunen. Daarnaast zie je toe op de correcte voering van de algemene en analytische boekhouding.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de aankopen goed worden ingevoerd, onder toezicht van de senior boekhouders. Dit zijn je taken:

  • Inboeken van aankopen;
  • Klasseren en archiveren van boekhoudkundige documenten;
  • Voorbereiden van de betalingen en opvolgen van de leveranciers- en klantensaldo’s;
  • Regelmatig opvolgen en opschonen van de leveranciersbalansen;
  • Operationele taken uitvoeren in verband met de beroepsactiviteit en boekhouding van de leden;
  • Optreden als financieel contactpunt voor Smart-projecten, voor alle onderwerpen i.v.m. leveranciers
  • Aanvragen behandelen die via verschillende kanalen binnenkomen;
  • Het team ondersteunen bij diverse administratieve en operationele taken;
  • De procedure i.v.m. leveranciers verbeteren en efficiënter maken;
  • Ervoor zorgen dat de fiscale evoluties in verband met leveranciers worden toegepast;
  • Onthalen en doorverwijzen van het publiek in de ruimten van de coöperatie.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in boekhouding, bedrijfsbeheer of een gelijkaardig vakgebied.
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar boekhoudervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring met de invoering van aankoopgegevens;
  • Je hebt ervaring met de balansanalyse van leveranciers;
  • Je kent de Belgische fiscale en boekhoudkundige normen;
  • Microsoft Office en Excel in het bijzonder hebben geen geheimen voor jou;
  • Je kunt werken met een boekhoudprogramma of ERP (Sage, SAP enz.);
  • Je werkt nauwgezet en hebt aandacht voor details;
  • Je kunt je objectief en onpartijdig opstellen;
  • Je bent proactief en gefocust op continue verbetering;
  • Je leert snel en kunt vlot een grote hoeveelheid informatie verwerken en structureren;
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en kunt transparant communiceren;
  • Je beheerst het Frans uitstekend (niveau C1).

Functievereisten

Je beoefent deze functie vooral op computer in een kantooromgeving. Ze vereist aanhoudende concentratie en de verwerking en analyse van cijfergegevens. Je beheert gelijktijdig verschillende dossiers, met respect voor procedures en termijnen. Je hebt regelmatig contact met verschillende personen, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, gecombineerd met periodes waarin je nauwgezet en met oog voor detail moet werken. Vergaderingen en occasionele verplaatsingen naar andere kantoren van Smart zijn mogelijk.
