Job Title- Project Manager

3. What We are Looking for

Core Strengths:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Team player who can work well with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Background:

  • 6 months – 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles (internships included)
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, JIRA etc.)
  • Basic understanding of enterprise processes like Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or SCM is a plus
  • Interest in SaaS, procurement tech, or Source-to-Pay platforms
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills

4. What You will do

  • Support project managers in planning, tracking, and delivering implementation projects
  • Coordinate between internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and analysing business requirements
  • Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Help identify project risks and assist in mitigating them proactively
  • Learn and follow SmartDocs' delivery methodologies and best practices
  • Engage with clients under the guidance of senior team members
  • Take ownership of smaller project modules or internal initiatives as you grow
