  • Du entwickelst ein mehrjähriges, kanalübergreifendes Zielbild für den Vertrieb und begleitest strategische Vorhaben von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Für eine nahtlose Customer Journey übernimmst Du die verantwortliche Orchestrierung der unternehmensweiten Kundenreisen – von der Touchpoint-Analyse bis zur Definition einer cleveren Lead-Routing-Strategie.
  • Du konzipierst und etablierst passende Steuerungsinstrumente, leitest eigenständig Handlungsempfehlungen zur Steigerung der Vertriebsleistung ab und entwickelst unsere Steuerungslogik kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Als zentrales Bindeglied sicherst Du eine konsistente, hochwertige Kommunikation zwischen den Fachbereichen, dem Vertrieb und unseren Partnern, den Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken.
  • Du bringst die Weiterentwicklung unseres modernen CRM-Systems aktiv voran und hebst Potenziale durch den gezielten Einsatz von künstlicher Intelligenz.

Diesen fachlichen Background bringst Du mit

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst idealerweise mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Du verfügst über nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und erfolgreichen Umsetzung moderner, omnikanaler Vertriebsstrategien, vorzugsweise im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld.
  • Die Konzeption und Orchestrierung von nahtlosen Customer Journeys über alle Touchpoints hinweg gehört zu Deinen Stärken.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, kannst komplexe Themen zielgruppengerecht auf allen Hierarchieebenen vermitteln und hast bereits erfolgreich als Bindeglied zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen agiert.
  • In der Strukturierung und Umsetzung komplexer, abteilungsübergreifender Vertriebs- und Digitalprojekte – ob agil, klassisch oder hybrid – bist Du erfahren und sicher.
