所属予定チームについて

SmartNewsは、媒体社さまから提供いただくコンテンツで成り立っています。このチームは、SmartNewsに配信されるコンテンツを監視し、ユーザーの皆様に安心して使っていただけるサービス体験と、質の高い情報をお届けすることで、プロダクトとビジネスの発展に貢献しています。

本ポジションは、SmartNews日本版に配信されるコンテンツの監視と品質管理を通じて、ユーザーが安心してコンテンツを楽しめる環境を維持、向上する責任を担います。監視業務から得られる知見をオペレーション、ポリシーやプロダクトの改善に還元しながら、チームの持続的な成長を推進します。

業務内容について

このポジションでは、主に次のような業務を担当していただきます。

  • コンテンツの監視強化と品質管理
  • 自社ツールを使った配信コンテンツ（ニュース記事、ビデオ、コメント等）の監視
  • そこで得られた情報の数値集計・分析、改善案の設計・実行
  • ポリシー策定、メディア事業開発部門との連携強化
  • 実効性のあるコンテンツポリシーの策定
  • ポリシー策定、メディア事業開発部門とのコミュニケーション
  • プロセスの設計、改善、イノベーション推進
  • ポリシーに基づいたオペレーションの設計・実行（新規掲載媒体の審査、新規プロダクト・新しいコンテンツ形式への対応を含む）
  • 新プロダクトに対する新規オペレーションの設計と実装 (0->1)
  • AI・LLMを活用したモデレーションオペレーションの設計・導入推進
  • 持続的な改善を実現するための新しいイニシアティブの提案・実施
  • チームマネジメント支援と人材育成
  • コンテンツモデレーションチームの管理支援。
  • 目標設定と進捗管理を通じて、メンバーの業務パフォーマンスとチーム成果を最大化
  • モデレーターの教育・研修を通じ、多様性のある強力なチームの構築

Requirements

応募要件（必須）

  • 高度なコンテンツ領域の業務経験
  • Trust & Safety部門でのコンテンツモデレーションチームのリード経験、またはポリシー策定経験
  • または、政治、経済、芸能、ファッション、スポーツ、ライフスタイル、テクノロジーなどのいずれかのコンテンツ領域での編成、編集等の経験
  • 論理的思考力、データを活用した分析力
  • 複雑なシステムやプロセスを理解し、業務の効率化や改善につなげる分析力・論理的思考力
  • 課題を見つけ出し、解決策を導き出す力。特に、複雑なタスクをシンプルに整理して対処するスキル
  • データを整理・分析して品質課題を抽出し、ポリシー文書として策定・運用できる形にルール化・言語化する能力
  • AI活用スキル
  • Claude Code、Codexなどの生成AIツールを業務で実践的に活用し、モデレーションオペレーションの設計・効率化、データ分析、資料作成などに活用できる能力
  • AIの特性・限界（精度・バイアス・ハルシネーションなど）を理解した上で、最適な運用フローを設計できる視点
  • コミュニケーションスキル
  • 社内外の関係者との調整を円滑に行う能力。社内においては部門内だけでなく、メディア事業開発、IT、プロダクト開発、法務など多岐にわたる部門と協働し、共通の目標を達成するための戦略的コミュニケーション力。
  • 明確な文書作成能力
  • 非同期かつリモートワーク環境で、プロジェクト計画や報告書を明確かつ簡潔に作成する能力。対面コミュニケーションに劣らない文章力。
  • チームビルディングとリーダーシップ
  • 多様なバックグラウンドを持つチームを統率し、モチベーションを高め、組織の目標を達成する能力。
  • 語学力
  • 英語：ビジネスレベル。
  • 日本語：ネイティブレベルでの流暢な日本語能力。
  • コンテンツに対する高いストレス耐性
  • モデレーション業務において、性的、暴力的、差別的等のセンシティブコンテンツに触れる際も、冷静で適切な対応ができること。
  • 週3日 渋谷オフィスに出社可能な方

  • メディアビジネスに関する一般知識
  • コンテンツ収益化の仕組み、サブスクリプションなど、メディア業界のビジネス構造・収益モデルに関する基礎知識
  • メディア業界のトレンドやプレイヤー動向に対する関心・理解
  • ネット上の話題についての幅広い興味関心
  • ポリシーに基づいたオペレーション設計と実行スキル
  • オペレーション設計能力:コンテンツポリシーの策定経験、またはそのポリシーに基づいてユーザー・コンテンツの安全を守るオペレーションを構築・運用した経験
  • コンテンツポリシーに関する業界知識：Web上での記事・動画・画像の作成・生成に関連する業界知識や法規制を深く理解していること。例：SNSプラットフォームの仕組みや固有のガイドライン、著作権法、 景品表示法など。
  • データ分析スキル
  • 分析ツール(各種BIツール)を使用し、多量のコンテンツを扱うチームのパフォーマンスデータを集計・可視化できる実務経験
  • HTML・SQLの知識、利用経験があれば尚可
  • PDCAサイクルを用いた持続的改善プロジェクトのリーダーシップ経験
  • 外資あるいはスタートアップ業務経験
  • グロースマインドセットを持つセルフスターター
