In einem modernen, technologieorientierten Umfeld sorgt sie für effiziente Prozesse, eine hohe Datenqualität und einen reibungslosen Informationsaustausch zwischen verschiedenen Marktteilnehmern.

Zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Teams suchen wir eine kundenorientierte und digital affine Persönlichkeit als Kundenberater Produktinformationen (PIM) 80–100 %.

AUFGABEN: Du betreust und berätst Lieferanten und Handelspartner rund um Produktinformationen und unsere PIM-Lösung. Dabei koordinierst Du die Beschaffung und den Austausch von Produkt- und Stammdaten, überwachst deren Qualität und analysierst mögliche Fehlerquellen.

Du bist kompetente Ansprechperson für fachliche und technische Fragen, pflegst die Kundenbeziehungen und führst Schulungen und Präsentationen durch. Zudem wirkst Du aktiv bei der Optimierung bestehender Prozesse, der Weiterentwicklung unserer PIM-Lösung sowie bei Digitalisierungsprojekten und Systemtests mit.

Mit zunehmender Erfahrung übernimmst Du schrittweise zusätzliche Verantwortung für ausgewählte Kunden und Aufgabenbereiche.

PROFIL: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, eine Ausbildung im Detailhandel oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation und bringst bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise im Bereich Stammdaten, Produktinformationen oder digitale Dienstleistungen. Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind willkommen.

Du bist IT-affin, versiert in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, und interessierst Dich für digitale Lösungen und neue Technologien. Kenntnisse in PIM-Systemen und digitalen Datenaustauschformaten sind von Vorteil.

Du denkst analytisch und vernetzt, arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und qualitätsbewusst. Gleichzeitig bist Du kommunikativ, hast Freude am Kundenkontakt und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit im Team. Auch Schulungen und Präsentationen übernimmst Du gerne.
