By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. Smartsheet is a tech company with a human story to tell. We’re here to empower teams to manage projects, automate workflows, and rapidly build new secure solutions, using simple no-code tools. We’re revolutionaries – so for us, changing the way the world works is all in a day’s work.

As a global leader in Intelligent Work Management with a market cap of $10bn, we’ve continued to scale our engineering presence internationally. Since expanding into Bulgaria in October 2024, we’ve grown to a team of 75+ engineers. As we continue expanding into Bulgaria and build our operation, we're searching for a talented and motivated Engineering Manager. Our business is built on finding exceptional talent and empowering them to build and improve our service offerings.

  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve quality software
  • Collaborate with partners across the company, including product management, UX, and customer teams
  • Establish lean engineering processes that use collaboration and rapid iteration to build the right product for the right problems
  • Hire and grow your team by promoting engineering excellence and career development

You Have:

  • You have 8+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years managing software engineering teams.
  • You have deep software development skills in at least one systems development language, such as Java, Go, C++, or Python.
  • You have experience with modern technology stacks with a passion for building scalable, highly available customer-facing cloud applications.
  • You have experience in a technology that you're personally excited about, such as distributed systems, systems automation, and cloud technologies.
  • You like to dive in, learn new things, and want to build outstanding products.
  • Legally eligible to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis.
  • Proficiency in English is required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
