  • Sales & Business Development: Dein Einstieg in die Welt des Customer Success beginnt hier! Du bearbeitest Anfragen für B2B-Veranstaltungen unserer smartvillages in München über verschiedene Plattformen und unterstützt bei Ausschreibungen.
  • Customer Support & Eventmanagement: Du berätst unsere Kund:innen individuell und gehst auf ihre Bedürfnisse ein – immer mit dem Ziel, ein unvergessliches smartvillage-Erlebnis zu schaffen. Du begleitest sie durch den gesamten Buchungs- und Planungsprozess, führst Besichtigungen durch und zeigst die Möglichkeiten unserer Locations. Am Veranstaltungstag begrüßt Du unsere Gäste und stehst bei Bedarf für das Krisenmanagement bereit.
  • Zusammenarbeit & Übergabe: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Event- & Hospitality-Team zusammen und sorgst für eine optimale Übergabe aller Informationen. So stellst Du sicher, dass jedes Event reibungslos umgesetzt wird und unsere Gäste rundum zufrieden sind. Gemeinsam mit dem Team stellt Ihr außerdem sicher, dass unser Customer-Success-Telefon während der Servicezeiten von 8:30–17:30 Uhr zuverlässig besetzt ist.
  • Analysen & Reportings: Du pflegst unsere Daten im CRM-System und lernst, wie Du daraus wertvolle Insights gewinnst. Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team identifizierst Du Verbesserungspotenziale für Prozesse, Strategien und unsere Customer Journey.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, BWL, Eventmanagement, Büromanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Feld – oder möchtest Dich in diese Richtung entwickeln.
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen & Lernbereitschaft: Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Sales oder Customer Success gesammelt und interessierst Dich für den B2B-Bereich. Viel wichtiger ist uns Deine Motivation, Neues zu lernen und Dich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Technikaffinität & Neugier auf Tools: Du bist offen für neue Tools und Technologien und arbeitest Dich schnell in neue Programme ein – CRM-Systeme wie HubSpot sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Beziehungsaufbau & Innovationsfreude: Du hast Spaß am Austausch mit Kund:innen und Partner:innen und möchtest aktiv Dein Netzwerk aufbauen. Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und hast ein Gespür dafür, wie man Kund:innen begeistert.
  • Kommunikationsstärke & Organisationsfähigkeit: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (mind. C1 Niveau) und Englisch, bist offen und strukturiert und hast Freude daran, Veranstaltungen und Besichtigungen zu organisieren.
