Description du poste

Vous êtes passionné(e) de mode et souhaitez intégrer une entreprise en pleine croissance?

Nous recherchons des profils talentueux pour intégrer nos équipes et continuer à faire grandir Sandro.

1. Vendre avec émotions

- Proposer une expérience unique en apportant des conseils personnalisés à notre clientèle.

- Participer au développement de notre base de données clients.

- Accompagner votre équipe dans la réalisation des objectifs chiffrés.

2. Être attentif(ve) aux détails

- Assister votre équipe dans la réalisation du visual merchandising en appliquant les guidelines communiquées.

- Participer à la gestion du back office. (Gestion des stocks, entretien de la réserve, rangement)

- S’assurer de la bonne tenue de votre point de vente.

3. Apprendre avec enthousiasme

- Développer sans cesse vos connaissances produits

- Assister à des sessions de formation sur les techniques de vente et l’ADN de la collection

- Partager vos passions et votre culture mode

- Développer votre esprit d’équipe.

Qualifications

Une première expérience dans le retail serait un atout. Vous avez une sensibilité et une véritable passion pour la mode. Vous êtes enthousiaste et avez une bonne connaissance du secteur et de ses tendances.

Vous êtes capable de créer et maintenir des relations de proximité avec nos clients. Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant où le maître mot est challenge.

La maîtrise de l’anglais est un atout.
