Wir suchen ein neues Talent als Sales Assistant (M/W/D) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Duesseldorf (Sandro Femme)!

Im Herzen des Modeeinzelhandels wirst du:

  • Ein einzigartiges Kundenerlebnis schaffen und langfristige Kundenbindung durch authentischen, persönlichen und serviceorientierten Kundenkontakt fördern
  • Verkaufszahlen durch proaktive Beratung und leistungsorientiertes Handeln kontinuierlich steigern
  • Die unternehmensweiten Visual Merchandising- und Image-Standards im Store aktiv umsetzen
  • Für eine strukturierte Lagerorganisation gemäß interner Prozesse und Richtlinien sorgen
  • Deine fachlichen und persönlichen Fähigkeiten durch regelmäßige Teilnahme an Schulungen, Store-Meetings und Trainings kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln

Qualifikationen

  • Ein positives Mindset und die Motivation, Herausforderungen als Chancen zu sehen
  • Leidenschaft für Mode, Trends und den aktiven Verkauf
  • Teamgeist und Eigeninitiative – du arbeitest gerne mit anderen, übernimmst aber auch Verantwortung
