Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) que seja criativo(a) e proativo(a), que consuma música e queira aprender sobre o mercado fonográfico.

A pessoa dará apoio aos Label Managers, atuando nas rotinas de comunicação com clientes e parceiros, na organização de informações e reports, e trazendo insights criativos sobre os artistas e lançamentos, além de prestar suporte administrativo ao escritório de São Paulo.

O que você fará:

  • Apoiar os Label Managers, auxiliando nas rotinas de comunicação com clientes e parceiros;
  • Organizar uploads de insumos para pitching;
  • Fazer a interface com o time digital;
  • Criar reports de resultados editoriais e apresentações, incluindo apresentações internas;
  • Trazer insights e ideias de marketing sobre os artistas e os lançamentos, estando por dentro das tendências e acompanhando o mercado da música no Brasil e no mundo;
  • Prestar suporte administrativo ao escritório de São Paulo.

Requisitos:

  • Pessoa criativa e proativa, que consuma música e queira aprender sobre o mercado fonográfico;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Boa comunicação e vontade de colaborar em equipe;
  • Interesse em desenvolver habilidades de gestão de projetos;
  • Experiência avançada com Pacote Office, Canva e CapCut;
  • Ter as redes sociais como parte do cotidiano e estar sempre atento(a) às novas tendências e movimentos digitais.

Diferenciais:

  • Interesse em marketing musical e estratégias de lançamento de artistas;
  • Conhecimento sobre o mercado fonográfico e o cenário musical brasileiro e internacional;
  • Vivência prévia com criação de conteúdo ou produção para redes sociais;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com múltiplas demandas e diferentes áreas da empresa.
