Jouw uitdaging

Als operator betonpomp draag je bij aan uiteenlopende bouwprojecten in heel België. Je staat in voor het vakkundig opstellen en bedienen van de betonpomp en werkt nauw samen met collega's, chauffeurs en werfleiders om betonwerken veilig en efficiënt uit te voeren.

Jouw werkplek

Je werkt lange dagen samen met je ploeg op werven verspreid over heel België, waardoor jullie vaak op logement verblijven. Je wordt omringd door ervaren collega’s en werkt in de buitenlucht. Voor verplaatsingen vertrek je vanuit Dessel, je thuisadres of het hotel waar je verblijft.

Jouw team valt onder Smet-F&C, de funderingsspecialist van Smet Group. Smet-F&C werkt bouwputten uit en bedenkt funderingsoplossingen voor hoogspanningsmasten, windmolens, kaaimuren, metro- en tramverbindingen en meer. Kortom, Smet-F&C is expert in het stabiel funderen van complexe bouwwerken.

Wat jij gaat doen

Als operator betonpomp ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, bedienen en onderhouden van de betonpomp op diverse werven. Samen met jouw collega's en de werfleider zorg je ervoor dat betonwerken veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Bedienen van de betonpomp op diverse werven.
  • Plaatsen en opstellen van de betonpompinstallatie.
  • Veilig verpompen van beton of cement volgens de werfvereisten.
  • Samenwerken met werfleiders, chauffeurs en betonploegen.
  • Uitvoeren van dagelijkse controles en basisonderhoud aan de machine.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige en ordelijke werkomgeving.

Afhankelijk van je ervaring en ambities kan je zowel verticaal als horizontaal doorgroeien.

Wie jij bent

  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer.
  • Je kan Nederlands spreken, lezen en schrijven.
  • Je hebt een relevante opleiding gevolgd of hebt door ervaring dezelfde technische kennis opgebouwd.
  • Je voelt je thuis in het bedienen van machines.
  • Je bent leergierig. Je wil veel bijleren en durft uitdagingen aangaan.
  • Je bent bereid om regelmatig op logement te gaan en kan omgaan met wisselende uren en dagen waarop je vooraf niet weet wanneer je klaar zal zijn.
  • Je functioneert goed in teamverband. Je werkt vaak met dezelfde collega’s aan projecten en bouwt een hechte band op die zich ook buiten de werf verderzet.

  • Je beschikt over vakbekwaamheid als kraanmachinist, graafkraanmachinist of rupskraanmachinist.
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis Frans.
  • Je hebt ervaring op bouwwerven.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig VCA-certificaat.
