Was dich bei uns erwartet:

Als KV-Lernende*r bei SMG erhältst du einen umfassenden Einblick in zentrale kaufmännische Prozesse eines führenden Schweizer Digitalunternehmens. Du arbeitest aktiv in HR, Finance, Empfang und Sales/Marketing mit - begleitet durch ausgebildete Young Talent Coaches.

Vielfältige Aufgaben, die Wirkung haben:

Du tauchst in vier spannende Bereiche ein und bist mitten im echten Arbeitsalltag dabei:

  • Empfang/Office Management: Kundenempfang, Organisation & Kommunikation
  • HR Operations: Mitarbeit in HR-Dossiers, Mutationen, Datenpflege
  • Payroll/Accounting: Unterstützung im Finance-Team, Verarbeitung von Belegen, Datenerfassung
  • Sales & Marketing: CRM-Pflege, Unterstützung in Kampagnen, Content-Vorbereitung
