Somos una empresa líder en soluciones de empaques sostenibles y buscamos un Analista de Materiales para el área de Aseguramiento de Calidad, quien será responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones de calidad de las materias primas, materiales de empaque y productos terminados, brindando soporte a las operaciones y asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares internos y normativas vigentes.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Realizar el ingreso, muestreo, inspección y liberación de materias primas y materiales en SAP.
  • Ejecutar análisis y validaciones de materiales para asegurar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones de calidad.
  • Gestionar liberaciones y bloqueos de materiales y productos en SAP, garantizando la trazabilidad de la información.
  • Gestionar reclamos a proveedores y dar seguimiento a planes de acción en coordinación con el área de Compras.
  • Participar en auditorías a proveedores y actividades relacionadas con certificaciones FSSC 22000.
  • Brindar soporte a pruebas industriales en las diferentes operaciones, evaluando materias primas, resinas, colorantes, preformas y otros materiales hasta su aprobación o rechazo.
  • Elaborar y mantener la documentación y registros requeridos para certificaciones y sistemas de gestión de calidad.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento (BPA) en bodegas.
  • Gestionar devoluciones de clientes, reetiquetados, productos de lento movimiento y materiales vencidos, incluyendo el seguimiento a extensiones de vida útil con proveedores y validaciones internas.
  • Dar seguimiento a procesos con otras filiales relacionados con la gestión de materiales y asegurar el registro oportuno de la información en SAP.
  • Atender requerimientos específicos de la jefatura del área.

Requisitos

  • Graduado(a) de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Química o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en posiciones relacionadas con Aseguramiento o Control de Calidad en empresas de manufactura.
  • Experiencia en auditorías a proveedores.
  • Conocimiento en sistemas de gestión de calidad y normativa FSSC 22000.
  • Manejo intermedio de Excel.
  • Experiencia en el uso de SAP para la gestión de materiales, incluyendo liberaciones, bloqueos y registros de calidad (indispensable).
  • Experiencia en gestión documental para certificaciones y control de registros.
  • Manejo de bases de datos.
  • Disponibilidad para brindar soporte en las operaciones de Embocen y Guatepet cuando sea requerido.
