Descrição da vaga

  • Drive sustainable business growth through strategic service agreements and long-term customer partnerships.
  • Negotiate and secure new contracts as well as contract renewals with key customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level customer stakeholders, including procurement, category management, supply chain and technical decision makers.
  • Identify customer needs and translate them into value-based solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and total cost of ownership.
  • Manage and develop the sales opportunity pipeline, prioritizing strategic growth opportunities and risk mitigation.
  • Promote service innovation, digital solutions, and asset performance management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with commercial, service, marketing, finance, legal, and global business development teams to deliver growth objectives.
  • Support the identification and development of strategic external partners to expand service offerings.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Business Strategy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, complex sales, consultative selling, or strategic account management within industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of rotating equipment, including pumps and compressors.
  • Experience with long-term service agreements, asset management solutions, and industrial services.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and multicultural environments.
  • Advanced communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen skills
