Buscamos un/a Customer Development Excellence que trabajará representando a uno de nuestros clientes líder multinacional de Gran Consumo. Serás el motor operativo que conecte la fuerza de ventas con Finanzas, Operaciones y Estrategia Comercial.

🚀 ¿Qué harás en esta experiencia?

Te responsabilizarás de estructurar el seguimiento de ventas, simplificar el día a día de los gestores comerciales y coordinar la información maestra del negocio. Tus funciones principales incluirán:

  • Gestión de Previsiones (Forecast & Daily Sales): Liderarás el calendario y los modelos de estimación de ventas (Forecast y Landing), conciliando las cifras comerciales con Finanzas (Gross Sales Value vs. Net Invoice Value) para garantizar un seguimiento diario de facturación sin descuadres ni errores.
  • Canalización de Comunicaciones: Centralizarás y priorizarás todas las solicitudes dirigidas a la red comercial en un único comunicado semanal, eliminando el ruido digital, formularios duplicados y el estrés operativo de las ventas.
  • Gobernanza de "Biblias" Comerciales: Administrarás la información maestra (tarifas, promociones, bonificaciones y fichas logísticas), asegurando datos 100% fiables para proteger la facturación y el nivel de servicio al cliente.
  • Automatización y Datos: Diseñarás plantillas dinámicas en Excel y dashboards en Power BI, transformando hojas de cálculo complejas en decisiones comerciales rápidas.

🧠 ¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia: 2 a 4 años en funciones analíticas de soporte comercial (Sales Operations, Trade Marketing Analyst, Control de Gestión o Consultoría/Auditoría), imprescindible experiencia en Gran Consumo.
  • Técnica: Excel a nivel avanzado y desarrollo de Power BI.
  • Competencias: Capacidad analítica, organización impecable y habilidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinares (visión financiera dentro del área comercial).
  • Idiomas: Español e Inglés avanzados.
