📢 Trabajarás representando a uno de nuestros clientes líder multinacional de Gran Consumo (FMCG), siendo la persona clave para la recepción, validación y mecanización diaria de las órdenes de compra en el sistema.

🚀 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Te responsabilizarás de asegurar que los pedidos se registren en SAP con total rapidez, rigor y exactitud, permitiendo que la cadena de suministro y almacén prepare y entregue la mercancía en los plazos fijados.

Tus responsabilidades principales:

  • Introducción y Procesamiento de Pedidos en SAP: Registro manual y validación en el sistema de órdenes de compra recibidas de los diferentes canales.
  • Control y Verificación de Datos: Cotejar que los pedidos cumplan con las condiciones comerciales básicas antes de confirmarlos (códigos de producto, unidades mínimas, tarifas y fechas de entrega solicitadas).
  • Gestión de Bloqueos Básicos: Detección de errores operativos al picar el pedido (falta de stock, códigos no vigentes o discrepancias) y comunicación con los interlocutores internos de almacén o ventas para liberar la orden.

🧠 ¿Qué buscamos en ti?

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en puestos de grabación de datos, back-office comercial, soporte administrativo o gestión de pedidos.
  • Muy valorable haber trabajado en empresas de gran consumo (FMCG), distribución o entornos logísticos con alto volumen de pedidos.

Conocimientos y Habilidades:

  • Manejo fluido de SAP .
  • Excel nivel usuario-medio.
  • Capacidad de organización, autonomía y tolerancia al trabajo por picos de volumen diario.
