En Smollan gestionamos y externalizamos equipos comerciales para las marcas más reconocidas de Gran Consumo. Para acompañar el crecimiento de nuestros proyectos, queremos sumar al equipo de Recursos Humanos a una persona dinámica, proactiva y organizada que busque un rol transversal en Recursos Humanos.

Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico, rodeado de gente con buena energía, donde tus ideas cuentan y tu desarrollo es parte de nuestros objetivos.

🎯 Tus responsabilidades principales

  • Selección de talento: Gestión del ciclo completo (publicación de ofertas, criba curricular y entrevistas competenciales) para perfiles comerciales (promotores/as, GPVs, reponedores/as en ruta).
  • Coordinación de altas y bajas.
  • Atención al empleado/a: Punto de contacto cercano para resolver consultas del personal sobre nóminas, contratos, justificantes o permisos.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Bienvenida y acompañamiento en los primeros días de las incorporaciones, así como la gestión de salidas.
  • Control de presencia: Control de bajas médicas (IT/AT), ausencias y absentismo.
  • Soporte transversal: Coordinación de herramientas de trabajo, reconocimientos médicos y apoyo en tareas generales del departamento de Recursos Humanos.

✅ El perfil que buscamos

  • Formación: Grado o FP en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, ADE, Psicología o similar.
  • Experiencia: Entre 1 y 2 años en selección y soporte de administración de personal (muy valorable experiencia previa en ETT, consultoría o empresas de outsourcing/servicios).
  • Habilidades clave: Perfil dinámico y metódico, con gran empatía, excelente comunicación interpersonal, visión de servicio y soltura para trabajar en entornos con ritmos ágiles.
