Ben jij een enthousiaste HRM-student met interesse in Recruitment, Employer Branding en HR in de volle breedte? Wil jij meewerken in een dynamische organisatie waar mensen, ontwikkeling en kwaliteit centraal staan? Dan is deze stage bij SMT Netherlands iets voor jou!

Als HR & Recruitment stagiair(e) maak je onderdeel uit van onze HRM-afdeling op het hoofdkantoor in Emmeloord. Je werkt samen in een hecht team bestaande uit een HR Manager, een HR Advisor, een HR Admin en een Recruitment & Employer branding specialist. Binnen dit team krijg je niet alleen goede begeleiding, maar ook de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en jouw frisse blik te laten zien.

Je draait volledig mee in de dagelijkse HR-werkzaamheden en krijgt inzicht in veel verschillende facetten van het HR-vak. Van werving & selectie tot HR-administratie en van employer branding tot lopende HR-projecten: geen dag is hetzelfde.

Wie ben jij?

  • Wij zoeken een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde HRM-student die:
  • Een hbo-opleiding Human Resource Management volgt
  • Leergierig, proactief en zelfstandig is
  • Graag meedenkt en initiatief neemt
  • De Nederlandse taal goed beheerst, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Beschikbaar is voor 5 of 10 maanden, bij voorkeur een meewerk- en afstudeerstage aaneengesloten
  • Minimaal 4 dagen per week inzetbaar is
