Wil jij leren sleutelen aan grote machines en direct geld verdienen? Bij SMT start je als leerling monteur en leer je het vak van ervaren collega’s. Je werkt aan grote en indrukwekkende machines en volgt tegelijk een betaalde mbo-opleiding via de SMT Bedrijfsschool. Geen hele schoolweken, maar vooral doen, leren en groeien in de praktijk.

Wat ga je doen?

Als leerling monteur werk je mee in één van onze werkplaatsen. Samen met ervaren monteurs leer je onderhoud uitvoeren, onderdelen vervangen en machines rijklaar maken. Je begint met de basis en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naarmate je groeit. Na je opleiding kun je werken in onze PDI-werkplaats, onze servicewerkplaats of als servicemonteur buitendienst.

Bij SMT leer je het vak in de praktijk, aan echte machines en samen met collega’s die je helpen groeien. Geen saaie schoolbanken, maar werken, sleutelen en ontwikkelen. Je komt terecht in een hecht team, waar samenwerken en plezier belangrijk zijn. Regelmatig zijn er toolboxmeetings, borrels en teamuitjes.

De opleiding volg je aan het Aeres Tech in Ede. Hier volg je 8 lesweken per jaar, verdeeld over het jaar. Geen standaard theorielessen, maar praktijkgerichte ontwikkeling. Les krijg je dan ook van trainers die precies weten hoe jij je het beste ontwikkelt. Tijdens deze weken zit je samen met je medestudenten in een hotel of vakantiepark, zodat je niet constant hoeft te reizen. En alle kosten? Uiteraard regelt SMT dat.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je bouwt stap voor stap ervaring op en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naarmate je groeit.

Wat krijg jij van ons?

  • Een volledig betaalde mbo 3- en/of 4-opleiding via de SMT Bedrijfsschool;
  • Bruto maandsalaris tussen €2.600,- en €3.200,-, passend bij jouw leerfase;
  • Een leer-werkplek met de mooiste machines van Volvo CE en Sennebogen;
  • 40 verlofdagen bij fulltime dienstverband;
  • Een vaste 13e maand, ook maandelijks uit te betalen;
  • 8% vakantiegeld;

  • Na één jaar een vaste aanstelling bij goed functioneren;
