Krijg jij energie van plannen, schakelen en zorgen dat alles op het juiste moment samenkomt? In onze PDI-afleverwerkplaats bereiden we nieuwe machines volledig voor op hun inzet bij de klant. Als Planner/Werkvoorbereider PDI heb jij direct invloed op een soepel afleverproces: jij houdt het overzicht, verbindt de betrokken afdelingen en zorgt dat iedere machine op tijd en volgens afspraak gereedstaat.

Wat ga je doen?

Jij bent de regisseur van het PDI-proces en de verbindende schakel tussen kantoor en werkvloer. Zodra een machine naar de PDI-werkplaats komt, zorg jij dat helder is wat er moet gebeuren, wanneer het werk wordt uitgevoerd en wie ermee aan de slag gaat. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding kunnen de monteurs efficiënt werken en weet iedereen waar hij aan toe is.

Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Een vertraagd onderdeel, een spoedlevering of een gewijzigde klantwens vraagt soms om snel schakelen. Jij houdt het hoofd koel, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en neemt collega’s mee in de planning. Je bewaakt de voortgang, stuurt bij waar nodig en werkt nauw samen met onder andere je collega’s van Ordercoördinatie, Inkoop, Warehouse, opbouwleveranciers en de servicewerkplaats. Zo zie je iedere dag het concrete resultaat van jouw werk; een machine die goed voorbereid en op tijd naar de klant gaat.

Wat neem je mee

  • Heb je mbo-4- of hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische of logistieke richting;
  • Heb je ervaring als planner, werkvoorbereider of in een vergelijkbare coördinerende functie;
  • Ben je sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen;
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en behoud je ook administratief het overzicht;
  • Ben je communicatief sterk en schakel je gemakkelijk tussen verschillende afdelingen;
  • Kun je goed omgaan met ad-hoc situaties en veranderende planningen;
  • Heb je affiniteit met techniek en machines; ervaring met grondverzetmachines is een pre;
  • Ben je zelfstandig, proactief en niet bang om collega’s aan te spreken wanneer dat nodig is.
