Wat ga je doen?

In onze werkplaats voer je onderhoud en reparaties uit aan grote bouw- en grondverzetmachines van Volvo en Sennebogen. Van hydraulische systemen tot motoren en elektronica, jij zorgt ervoor dat alles weer werkt zoals het hoort. Soms zijn dat standaardbeurten, soms complexe storingen. Je bent precies, technisch sterk en denkt graag mee in oplossingen.

Met onze SMT Academy en praktijkopleiders zorgen we ervoor dat je altijd beschikt over de juiste skills en kennis. Je komt terecht in een hecht en ervaren team. Samen zorgen jullie dat onze klanten snel weer door kunnen met hun werk.

Naast je werkzaamheden kun je ook onze leerling monteurs begeleiden. Je leert ze hoe je problemen aanpakt, waar je op moet letten en hoe het er in de praktijk aan toe gaat. Vind je dit leuk, maar heb je nog geen ervaring met opleiden? Geen probleem, wij regelen jouw opleiding tot praktijkopleider.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je combineert standaardbeurten met complexe storingen, en hebt de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen, ook in het begeleiden van collega’s.

Wat krijg je van SMT?

  • Een goed salaris, tussen de € 2.750,- en € 4.500,- afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring;
  • Een vaste 13e maand, ook maandelijks uit te betalen;

Wat neem je mee?

  • Een passende mbo-opleiding aansluitend op de werkzaamheden is een pré;
  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, waar jij technisch werkzaam bent geweest;
  • Mechanisch sterk onderlegd en aangevuld met elektrische, motorische en/of hydraulische kennis;
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en technisch inzicht;
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
