O QUE ESTAMOS BUSCANDO:Alguém para fazer parte do nosso time da área de Excelência Operacional, será responsável por responsável por acompanhar e aprimorar os processos produtivos e de qualidade no ambiente fabril, por meio da execução de auditorias, treinamentos, padronização de procedimentos e análise de indicadores.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER:Monitorar e controlar processos produtivos e indicadores de qualidade, gerando relatórios, instruções de trabalho e análises que contribuam para a melhoria da produtividade, redução de perdas e aumento da satisfação dos clientes.

Gerenciar desvios e não conformidades de qualidade, realizando bloqueio de materiais quando necessário, conduzindo investigações de causa raiz, acompanhando planos de ação e validando a efetividade das ações implementadas.

Executar auditorias de processos, produtos e sistemas de gestão, assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões operacionais, requisitos de qualidade e procedimentos internos.

Desenvolver, implementar e revisar padrões, procedimentos e parâmetros operacionais, garantindo a padronização dos processos produtivos e o controle adequado das inspeções.

Liderar e apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, promovendo projetos voltados para redução de perdas, aumento da eficiência operacional e otimização de processos, métodos e recursos produtivos.

Dar suporte às certificações e sistemas de gestão da qualidade, contribuindo para auditorias internas, externas e de clientes, garantindo conformidade com normas e requisitos aplicáveis.

Capacitar equipes e disseminar a cultura de excelência operacional, ministrando treinamentos, participando de programas de melhoria e orientando as áreas produtivas na busca por melhores resultados de desempenho, qualidade, custos e segurança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ:Ensino Superior Completo: Preferencial Administração, gestão da qualidade, manufatura ou Engenharias em geralDomínio Pacote Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)Conhecimento em SAP será um diferencial.
