A posição terá papel importante no acompanhamento das campanhas e na integração entre áreas, contribuindo para que os projetos avancem de forma estruturada e eficiente.Responsabilidades e atribuições● Acompanhar o fluxo de atendimento e gestão de projetos da operação de TikTok Shop; ● Organizar cronogramas, demandas, entregas e alinhamentos entre clientes e times internos; ● Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento, status e apresentações estratégicas; ● Atuar no relacionamento com clientes, garantindo clareza na comunicação e qualidade nas entregas; ● Direcionar os times envolvidos nos projetos para garantir andamento e cumprimento dos prazos; ● Acompanhar campanhas, ativações e ações com creators e afiliados; ● Monitorar resultados, status de entregas e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos; ● Trabalhar em parceria com times de conteúdo, mídia, creators, afiliados e operação da loja; ● Apoiar na organização e evolução dos fluxos internos da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:● Experiência prévia em atendimento publicitário, gestão de projetos ou operações digitais; ● Experiência com relacionamento e acompanhamento de clientes; ● Facilidade na criação de apresentações e materiais executivos; ● Perfil organizado, analítico e com boa capacidade de priorização; ● Capacidade de conduzir projetos com autonomia e senso de responsabilidade; ● Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; ● Facilidade para lidar com múltiplas demandas simultaneamente; ● Conhecimento em marketing digital e ambiente de social commerce;● Experiência com campanhas de TikTok ou TikTok Shop;Diferenciais:● Vivência em agências de publicidade, marketing de influência ou e-commerce; ● Familiaridade com creators, afiliados e campanhas de performance; ● Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de projetos e acompanhamento de tarefas; ● Interesse pelo universo de conteúdo digital, creators e tendências de social commerce.Informações adicionaisDayoff de aniversário;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Total Pass;Seguro de Vida.
