Wir suchen für unsere Zentrale in 1070 Wien 1 Backoffice & HR Mitarbeiter_in (m/w/d) Teilzeit 20-25 Stunden pro Woche Wien

im Rahmen Montag - Freitag 9 - 17 Uhr , nach Vereinbarung

Du hast Interesse an Recruiting, arbeitest gerne strukturiert und hast Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen? Dann freuen wir uns auf dich. Berufserfahrung ist dabei von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.

Deine Aufgaben

¿ Begleitung unserer Mitarbeiter:innen entlang des Employee Lifecycles

¿ Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen

¿ Sichtung von Bewerbungen sowie Koordination und Durchführung von Bewerbungsgesprächen

¿ Unterstützung bei Onboarding und Offboarding

¿ Bearbeitung des laufenden E-Mail-Verkehrs

¿ Allgemeine Backoffice- und Administrationsaufgaben

¿ Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen

¿ Betreuung von administrativen Aufgaben rund um EWP und das Pfandsystem

¿ Interesse an HR, Recruiting und Organisation

¿ Eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

¿ Freude an Kommunikation und am Umgang mit Menschen

¿ Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

¿ Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
