Als Customer Success Manager bei snapAddy sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Kunden mit unseren Produkten erfolgreich arbeiten - vom Onboarding bis zum langfristigen Ausbau der Partnerschaft. Du bist ihre vertrauensvolle Anlaufstelle und gleichzeitig ihre Stimme bei uns im Haus. Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, gehst Probleme lösungsorientiert an und arbeitest gerne mit modernen Tools? Dann passt du perfekt zu uns.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Du kommunizierst proaktiv mit unseren Kunden, um sicherzustellen, dass sie das Beste aus unseren Produkten und Dienstleistungen herausholen und ihre Geschäftsziele erreichen.
  • Du erkennst Upsell- und Cross-Sell-Chancen und baust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen aus.
  • Du gestaltest Kundenprojekte und deine Kundenansprache mit Unterstützung moderner KI-Tools, von der ersten Ansprache bis zur individuellen Projektplanung.
  • Du nutzt KI im Arbeitsalltag, um effizienter zu werden, zum Beispiel für automatische Zusammenfassungen deiner Kundenmeetings und die Auswertung von Kundenfeedback und Nutzungsdaten.
  • Du entwickelst Schulungsmaterial und führst Trainings durch, damit deine Kunden das Maximum aus unseren Produkten holen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Support und Produkt zusammen, damit Kundenanliegen schnell gelöst werden und ins Produkt zurückfließen.
  • Du behältst die relevanten KPIs im Blick und misst den Erfolg deiner Kunden datenbasiert.

Unsere Technologien

Wir arbeiten mit HubSpot als CRM und KI-Tools, die bei uns fester Teil des Arbeitsalltags sind - von der Kundenansprache über die Gestaltung von Kundenprojekten bis zur automatischen Zusammenfassung von Meetings und der Churn-Prognose. Dazu kommen unsere eigenen Produkte VisitReport, BusinessCards und LeadResearch. Du musst nicht alles davon kennen, aber Lust, dich in solche Tools einzuarbeiten, solltest du mitbringen.

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Eine offene, selbstsichere Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenmotivation
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um mit Kunden auf allen Ebenen zu kommunizieren
  • Interesse an digitalen Lösungen und ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis
  • Offenheit gegenüber KI-Tools und die Bereitschaft, damit deinen Arbeitsalltag effizienter zu gestalten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt im B2B-Umfeld ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss. Auch Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Idealerweise eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Kommunikations- oder Geisteswissenschaften. Quereinsteiger mit dem richtigen Mindset sind ebenfalls gern gesehen
