  • Build measurement fluency across Marketing Science, Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and other cross-functional teams; influence roadmap priorities and adoption without direct authority
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives at measurement partners and agencies, strengthening Snap’s reputation across Brand, Web, App, Attribution, Incrementality, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) solutions
  • Drive external thought leadership through white papers, conference presentations, industry committees, and narratives on measurement, ads efficacy, and Snap-specific analytics
  • Lead meta-analyses, performance benchmarking, and playbook development to scale learnings and performance proof points across markets, verticals, and advertisers
  • Establish operational excellence for third-party measurement, including solution evaluation, adoption, tracking, and governance
  • Contribute to quarterly partner business reviews, highlighting trends, progress against goals, and opportunities for innovation in measurement and analytics.
  • Use data and partner insights to identify innovation opportunities, make go/no-go recommendations, and guide strategic measurement decisions
  • Utilize AI tools to more efficiently develop scalable data solutions, while maintaining rigorous standards for accuracy and statistical integrity

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Deep expertise in digital advertising measurement, including Brand, Direct Response (DR), Web, App, Attribution, Incrementality, and MMM
  • Strong cross-functional and partner leadership skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders, external partners, and roadmaps without direct control
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, dashboarding, AI, and data visualization tools, with the ability to oversee technical work and contribute hands-on when needed
  • Strong knowledge of applied statistics, causal inference, time-series modeling, data mining, and measurement methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex analytical and measurement concepts for executive audiences.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on problem solving across enablement, budgeting, partner management, measurement strategy, and individual-contributor initiatives
  • Adaptability in learning and applying evolving AI systems and tools to remain at the forefront of data-driven decision-making, insights generation, and industry best practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent years of practical work experience
  • 10+ years of post-Bachelor’s advanced analytics and measurement experience; or Master’s degree in a quantitative or business field + 9 years of post-graduate advanced analytics and measurement experience; or PhD in a relevant field + 6 year of post-graduate advanced analytics and measurement experience
  • Experience in marketing science, product strategy, ads measurement or a related field within a technology, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in business, mathematics, economics, engineering, or a related field
  • Extensive experience working with advertisers of varied sizes and verticals across both Brand and DR measurement
  • Direct experience at an advertising measurement company or within a related measurement-focused function
  • Demonstrated success building relationships with clients, agencies, measurement partners, and C-level stakeholders
  • Experience developing teams or leading peers through coaching, influence, and capability building
  • Expertise in partner ecosystem methodology and research, including evaluating solutions, making investment or go/no-go decisions, and using data to shape measurement strategy

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
