👥 Votre agence et votre future équipe

Basé·e à Brest (missions principales sur chantiers industriels et tertiaires), vous rejoindrez le pôle Génie Climatique et Maintenance. Vous serez intégré·e à une équipe pluridisciplinaire et travaillerez en lien direct avec le·la conducteur·rice de travaux, les chargé·e·s d’affaires, les technicien·ne·s et les prestataires. Déplacements fréquents sur sites clients, interventions en horaire chantier et coordination quotidienne avec les équipes QHSE, achats et bureau d’études.

🔎 Vos principales missions

Rattaché·e au responsable d’équipe ou au conducteur·rice de travaux, vous interviendrez sur :

  • Installation et montage : lecture des plans et des schémas, montage des réseaux de chauffage, raccordements hydrauliques et frigorifiques, pose d’équipements (chaudières, pompes à chaleur, échangeurs, circuits de distribution).
  • Raccordements et mise en service : réalisation des raccordements vapeur, eau chaude/froide, fluides frigorigènes, purge, essais d’étanchéité, contrôles de fonctionnement et participation aux phases de mise en service.
  • Maintenance préventive et corrective : diagnostic des pannes, interventions de dépannage, réglages, remplacement de composants, suivi des plans de maintenance et réalisation des interventions dans le respect des procédures client.
  • Contrôle qualité et conformité : vérification de la conformité des installations aux plans et aux normes en vigueur (sécurité, thermique, environnement), tenue des rapports d’intervention et remontée des non‑conformités.
  • Travail en équipe et coordination : collaboration avec les électricien·ne·s, frigoristes, monteurs et sous‑traitants, participation aux réunions de chantier et respect des plannings d’intervention.
  • Sécurité : application des consignes HSE, réalisation des briefings sécurité, usage des EPI et participation à la prévention des risques sur site.
  • Reporting : saisie des feuilles d’intervention, validation des heures et matériel, communication régulière avec le responsable d’agence sur l’avancement et les besoins en approvisionnement.
  • Amélioration continue : remontée des retours d’expérience, proposition d’améliorations techniques et signalement des besoins en formation ou en outillage.

🎯 Profil recherché

Vous êtes rigoureux·se, autonome, avez le sens du terrain et aimez le travail en équipe. Vous faites preuve de réactivité pour diagnostiquer et résoudre des incidents en respectant les règles de sécurité.

Formation : CAP/BEP, Bac pro, BTS en sanitaire et thermique, génie climatique, maintenance industrielle, ou formation équivalente. Une première expérience sur postes similaires en milieu industriel ou tertiaire est souhaitée.

Compétences :

  • Connaissances techniques en chauffage, production d’eau chaude, circuits hydrauliques et installations frigorifiques ;
  • Maîtrise des opérations de mise en service, réglages et mise au point d’installations CVC ;
  • Capacité à lire plans et schémas, utilisation d’outillage manuel et d’instruments de mesure ;
  • Respect strict des consignes HSE et habilitations adaptées (travaux en hauteur, consignation, habilitation électrique) ;
  • Bon relationnel, sens du service client et capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire ;
  • Permis B exigé. CACES, habilitations complémentaires et formation SST appréciés.

Une expérience en milieu industriel (agroalimentaire, pharmaceutique, énergie) ou sur grands sites tertiaires constitue un atout.
