Dans le cadre de la croissance de notre activité en hydroélectricité sur un périmètre National, nous recrutons un(e) CHEF DE CHANTIER ELECTRICITE - HYDROÉLECTRICITÉ (H/F) !

🔎 Vos futures missions

Rattaché(e) au Chargé d'Affaires, vous pilotez la réalisation de chantiers portant sur des équipements et ensembles fonctionnels stratégiques : tableaux et distributions MT/BT, alimentations auxiliaires, groupes électrogènes, alternateurs, systèmes d'excitation, cellules HTA, postes HTB, transformateurs, instrumentation et contrôle commande.

  • Pilotage Opérationnel et Technique
  • Gérer la dimension technique et humaine des chantiers
  • Assurer la relation client de proximité pour les travaux en cours et à venir
  • Vérifier les moyens mis à disposition et organiser les interventions pour garantir le respect du planning
  • Définir et gérer les ressources matérielles nécessaires (outillage, EPI, etc.)
  • Management d'Équipes et Performance
  • Encadrer les équipes de production (ressources internes et sous-traitants)
  • Challenger les intervenants sur les objectifs de productivité et les délais
  • Effectuer un reporting rigoureux sur l'état d'avancement (budget, délais, reste à faire)
  • Réception et Qualité (QSE)
  • Participer à la livraison des installations et établir les procès-verbaux de réception.
  • Contrôler l'application stricte des règles QSE : la sécurité est une priorité absolue avec un objectif de zéro accident.

Ce poste nécessite des grands déplacements au niveau régional et national.

🎯 Profil recherché

  • De formation Bac Pro à Bac +2, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum sur des fonctions similaires d'encadrement de chantier, idéalement en milieu industriel ou hydroélectrique.
  • Pour ce poste à responsabilités, une excellente maîtrise technique associée à de réelles qualités managériales sont indispensables.
  • Votre rigueur, votre sens de l'organisation et votre aisance relationnelle seront des atouts majeurs pour mener à bien vos missions et fédérer vos équipes.
