Dans le cadre de son fort développement, SNEF Maintenance recrute un/e responsable des services techniques rattaché(e) à notre agence de Valence (26).

🔎 Vos futures missions

Rattaché au directeur d’agence, vous assurez assure le pilotage de l'exploitation technique d'un centre commercial recevant du public.

Vous garantissez la disponibilité, la conformité réglementaire, la sécurité et la performance des installations tout en coordonnant l'ensemble des prestataires intervenant sur le site.

Pilotage de l'exploitation

• Superviser les installations techniques du centre.

• Organiser les interventions des entreprises sous contrat.

• Contrôler la qualité des prestations réalisées.

• Réaliser les inspections et rondes techniques.

Conformité réglementaire

• Préparer les commissions de sécurité.

• Suivre les contrôles réglementaires.

• Assurer la levée des réserves.

• Mettre en place les plans de prévention.

Gestion budgétaire

• Elaborer les budgets d'exploitation.

• Contrôler les dépenses et les factures.

• Analyser les devis.

• Participer à la préparation des budgets annuels et pluriannuels.

Pilotage des travaux de sous-traitances

• Participer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges.

• Piloter les travaux d'exploitation.

• Coordonner les entreprises.

• Réceptionner les ouvrages et suivre les DOE.

Energie et environnement

• Analyser les consommations énergétiques.

• Identifier les dérives.

• Mettre en œuvre des actions d'optimisation.

• Participer aux objectifs RSE du site.

Relation clients et commerçants

• Assurer le traitement des demandes techniques.

• Accompagner les commerçants lors de leurs travaux.

• Participer aux réunions d'exploitation.

🎯 Profil recherché

Expérience souhaitée :

  • Bac +2 minimum et idéalement avec une formation en génie climatique, électrotechnique, maintenance, bâtiment ou facility management.

• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire.

• Expérience en centre commercial, immobilier tertiaire, ERP, industrie ou facility management.

Compétences techniques et connaissance technique recherchées :

• Électricité HT/BT.

• CVC.

• Maintenance multitechnique.

• Sécurité incendie ERP.

• Réglementation bâtiments.

• Gestion énergétique.

• Travaux et second œuvre.
