Σχεδιασμένο από το αρχιτεκτονικό γραφείο Renzo Piano Building Workshop, το Κέντρο Πολιτισμού Ίδρυμα Σταύρος Νιάρχος (ΚΠΙΣΝ) είναι ένας περιβαλλοντικά βιώσιμος, διεθνούς εμβέλειας πολιτιστικόs, εκπαιδευτικόs και ψυχαγωγικόs αστικός τόπος, ο οποίος περιλαμβάνει τις εγκαταστάσεις της Εθνικής Βιβλιοθήκης της Ελλάδος και της Εθνικής Λυρικής Σκηνής, καθώς και το Πάρκο Σταύρος Νιάρχος. Δημιουργήθηκε με δωρεά του Ιδρύματος Σταύρος Νιάρχος, και μεταβιβάστηκε στο Ελληνικό Δημόσιο τον Φεβρουάριο του 2017.

Η ΚΠΙΣΝ ΜΑΕ είναι κοινωφελής οργανισμός και έχει ως σκοπό τη συντήρηση, λειτουργία, και διαχείριση του Κέντρου Πολιτισμού Ίδρυμα Σταύρος Νιάρχος και του Πάρκου Σταύρος Νιάρχος, ενώ παράλληλα έχει αναπτύξει τον δικό της προγραμματισμό πολιτιστικών, εκπαιδευτικών και αθλητικών εκδηλώσεων, ανοιχτών σε όλους και, στην πλειοψηφία τους, ελεύθερες για το κοινό χάρη στην αποκλειστική δωρεά του Ιδρύματος Σταύρος Νιάρχος.

Η Διεύθυνση Νομικών Υπηρεσιών, Συμμόρφωσης & Εταιρικής Διακυβέρνησης διαχειρίζεται όλα τα νομικά ζητήματα και τις υποθέσεις που αφορούν τον Οργανισμό και εξασφαλίζει την σύμφωνη, προς τους εφαρμοστέους κανόνες, εταιρική του λειτουργία, ώστε να διαφυλάσσονται και να προστατεύονται τα συμφέροντά του.

Το ΚΠΙΣΝ αναζητεί Ασκούμενο/η Δικηγόρο για να πραγματοποιήσει την άσκηση του/της στη Δικηγόρο/Διευθύντρια Νομικών Υπηρεσιών, Συμμόρφωσης & Εταιρικής Διακυβέρνησης για 12-18 μήνες.

Requirements

Απαραίτητα προσόντα κατά το χρόνο έναρξης της άσκησης

  • Απόφοιτος/η Νομικής Σχολής (Πτυχίο/Βεβαίωση περάτωσης σπουδών)
  • Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας και χειρισμός τους προφορικά και γραπτά. Η γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας θεωρείται επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Άριστη χρήση του MS Office (άριστη χρήση word, πολύ καλή χρήση Excel και PowerPoint). Δεν απαιτείται επίσημη πιστοποίηση.
