We're looking for a Majors Account Executive to join the account team for our largest strategic customer in ANZ. This marquee account recently signed one of the biggest commitments in Snowflake's history, is a major share of the Australian business, and gets close attention from executive leadership. You'll partner with a Global Account Manager who has grown this relationship many times over in a short period. Your job is to help shape the customer's data and AI strategy at a time when it needs real strategic help.

To be clear about what you're signing up for: this account is complex and going through a period of change. Relationships need to be stabilised, competitors are actively working to win share, and expectations are high. This is not an order-taking role. AS A MAJORS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

- Work alongside the Global Account Manager to run account strategy for a marquee ANZ strategic customer, growing consumption of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud across many business units.

- Act as a trusted advisor to executive and technical stakeholders, shaping their roadmap for enterprise growth

- Find and close new workloads across a broad set of use cases, including fraud detection, tax and finance analytics, security data lakes, and AI/ML workloads built on Snowflake Cortex AI, Snowpark, and Snowflake ML.

- Rebuild and strengthen relationships where trust has slipped, turning at-risk stakeholders into long-term champions.

- Manage consumption-based commercial models: forecast usage, protect committed spend, and spot expansion opportunities through Snowflake's capacity and consumption programs.

- Coordinate a global virtual team across time zones, including a Beijing-based colleague who covers the customer's China operations, plus Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Partners, and Snowflake executives.

- Keep forecasting and account planning disciplined, with clear visibility for Snowflake leadership.

OUR IDEAL MAJORS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE WILL HAVE:

- A proven track record of consultative, trusted-advisor selling: shaping a customer's strategy, not just selling into it.

- Deep experience running large, complex strategic or global accounts with multiple stakeholders and buying centres geographically distributed

- The seniority and confidence to make an impact quickly, built over a career of closing and growing major enterprise relationships.

- A history of staying calm in turbulent accounts and stabilising relationships with dissatisfied or at-risk customers.

- Technical and commercial range: credible on data platforms, AI, security, and fraud use cases, and comfortable with consumption-based pricing.

- Strong cross-cultural, cross-timezone collaboration skills, with experience working with distributed or global account teams.

- A real motivation to commit to a multi-year account journey and see long-term outcomes through.
