Job description

About Snowplow

Snowplow is the real-time customer context layer that collects, validates, enriches, and delivers behavioral data for advanced analytics, ML, and AI agent decisioning. Snowplow's event tracking is leveraged across 2M+ websites and applications globally, processing over one trillion events per month.

More than 250 companies, including Experian, AutoTrader, Strava, Condé Nast, and HelloFresh, rely on Snowplow to build a well-governed, first-party data foundation that powers their customer-facing AI agents, in-session personalization and recommendations, and real-time analytics.

This Opportunity

Every digital business now wants its customer experience to respond to what a customer is doing right now and you will help fast-growing mid-market companies achieve that goal.

As an Account Executive, you'll close new logos in a fast, high-volume sales motion - typically the sales cycle is 4 months. Your buyers are data leaders and hands-on data teams, often at digitally native companies, who need a trusted foundation of behavioral data for analytics, personalization, and AI.

You'll run your own deals end to end and sell both our customer data infrastructure platform and Snowplow Signals. Our top verticals are streaming media, publishing, gambling/gaming, retail, financial services, and travel.

This role suits someone who likes momentum: lots of conversations, tight cycles, and a clear view of how their work moves the number.

What you will own

  • Net-new mid-market logos. Close new accounts across your territory, running several deals at once through short, focused cycles.
  • Pipeline generation. Combine outbound prospecting with inbound opportunities from our Market Development team, and keep your pipeline full every quarter.
  • Sharp discovery. Get to the business problem quickly, qualify out early when there isn't a fit, and spend your time where it counts.
  • Demos and evaluations. Run first demos yourself and bring in Sales Engineering for deeper technical evaluations.
  • Deal velocity. Keep deals moving through pricing, paperwork, and signature without unnecessary friction.
  • A strong start for every customer. Hand new customers over to Customer Success with context that sets them up to succeed.
  • Forecast hygiene. Keep Salesforce accurate and call your number with confidence.

We would love to hear from you if you have

  • A track record of closing. 3+ years as a full cycle quota-carrying AE in B2B SaaS, with consistent attainment.
  • A new business mindset. You like the pursuit and have done it successfully.
  • The ability to manage a busy pipeline. You juggle many opportunities at once without dropping any.
  • Curiosity about technical products. You're keen to learn how data infrastructure works and to explain it clearly to technical buyers.
  • Structured qualification. You use MEDDPICC, BANT, Command of the Message or a similar framework and let it guide where you spend your time.
  • Clear communication. You're concise and persuasive.
  • Self-direction in a remote team. You organize your own time and pipeline well, and you speak up when you need help.

Bonus points for

  • Selling to digitally native or high-growth companies in media, publishing, sports, financial services, and retail
  • Data, analytics, or developer-tools experience. A background selling data, analytics, martech, or developer-focused products is ideal.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery

What you get in return for being awesome

  • Meaningful equity stake
  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Flexible working
  • Generous PTO
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • 401k
  • MacBook and home office equipment allowance
  • Enhanced Family leave

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
