Purpose of the Job

Drawing on the achievements and lessons of the Horticultural Livelihoods, Innovation and Food Safety in Ethiopia (Horti-LIFE) programme, Horti-LIFE Green Growth supports the sustainable transformation of Ethiopia’s horticulture sector by integrating Productive Use of Renewable Energy (PURE) solutions into horticultural value chains. The programme promotes technologies such as solar-powered irrigation, solar drying, cold storage, and biodigesters to improve productivity, reduce post-harvest losses, strengthen climate resilience, and lower environmental impacts. Implemented by SNV in close collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, regional governments, private sector actors, financial institutions, and training centres, Horti-LIFE Green Growth combines proven extension approaches, market systems development, and renewable energy innovations to increase incomes, create jobs, improve food and nutrition security, and contribute to Ethiopia’s green growth agenda.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
