Job Description

As a Key Account Manager Hämatologie-Immunology, you will play an important role in maximizing the impact of our brands across your territory. You will build trusted relationships with key customers and stakeholders, develop strategic account plans and translate customer insights into meaningful actions that support our business goals and, ultimately, patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account and customer engagement plans to achieve agreed sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build a strong understanding of your territory, market dynamics and customer needs, using insights from customer interactions and relevant data.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, healthcare professionals and other relevant stakeholders across prescribing centres.
  • Identify market opportunities and translate customer and market insights into effective, locally relevant activities in collaboration with the wider team.
  • Coordinate customer engagement activities and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a consistent and valuable customer experience.
  • Monitor sales performance, activities and investment, using data and insights to adjust plans and priorities where needed.
  • Share customer insights and best practices with colleagues and contribute actively to the development and execution of brand strategies.

You combine a confident and convincing communication style with curiosity, analytical thinking and a willingness to challenge existing approaches.

You enjoy working collaboratively in cross-functional teams while also being able to manage your territory independently. You are flexible, adaptable and motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a rare disease environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
