Job Description

Objective for the company:

Under the supervision of the Senior Finance & Logistics Manager & Customer Care Lead, the role objective is to manage, coordinate and execute demand planning, supply, logistics and operational tasks for Sobi's across Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DE – AT – CH).

The overarching goal of the Finance & Logistics & Customer Care department — ensuring reliable, timely and patient-focused delivery of Sobi's products, including in urgent and emergency situations — is strongly connected with the purpose and responsibilities of this role. Building a genuine understanding of how demand is generated, including patient-driven demand, and translating this understanding into robust, well-coordinated supply and logistics execution is a high-impact responsibility within Sobi, directly contributing to patient supply reliability across the DACH region.

The role covers local S&OP and demand planning activities, logistics launch readiness, and close coordination with Regulatory Affairs and Quality, including acting as the local IFS system contact. It also carries finance-related interfaces — including net sales and volume reporting, Gross-to-Net administration and period close support — and coordination tasks connected to the Order-to-Cash process and the day-to-day operations of the customer care team.

The candidate works closely with other members of the Finance & Logistics department, local cross-functional teams, and Regulatory Affairs and Quality to prepare and support demand, supply and finance-related tasks — and, where urgent situations require it, contributes directly e.g. to emergency deliveries so patients receive their treatment without delay.

Logistics, Demand & Supply (DE – AT – CH)

  • Support and coordinate local S&OP / demand planning activities for DE – AT – CH
  • Build a genuine understanding of how demand is generated — including patient-driven demand
  • Assist with local launch readiness tasks for logistics, helping ensure new products reach patients smoothly and on time
  • Act as a bridge to Regulatory Affairs & Quality, helping keep supply-related tasks compliant and aligned
  • Serve as local ERP system contact, supporting system adoption and troubleshooting

Finance Interfaces (DE – AT – CH)

  • Support net sales/volume analytics & reporting, including Daily Sales Reporting
  • Assist with Gross-to-Net (G2N) administration and contribute to G2N tasks during period close
  • Generate insights from distribution channel and G2N controlling
  • Contribute to wholesale and hospital channel customer strategy discussions
  • Support ERP planning on net sales, volume, and price

Customer Care Task Support (DE)

  • Support tasks within the Order-to-Cash process, helping ensure systems and processes run smoothly
  • Coordinate day-to-day tasks with the customer care team, without formal management responsibility
  • Contribute to training and onboarding materials for existing and new products/processes
  • Identify and support process improvement initiatives, including AI-supported order handling and other automation opportunities

Qualifications

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience
  • Background in supply, logistics, planning or broader finance functions
  • Advanced Excel capabilities
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Strong practical experience with ERP systems
  • Experience monitoring and interpreting financial and operational performance KPIs
  • Advanced data-management and visualisation skills, including Power BI
  • AI-native mindset and ability to apply AI tools to operational work
  • Strong analytical, cross-functional and hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised and rigorous, with a strong commitment to timelines and deadlines while remaining flexible as priorities change
  • Strong analytical and project/team management skills and innovative thinking
  • Ability to perform successfully in highly dynamic and rapidly changing environments
  • Active involvement in and contribution to the continuous optimization of internal processes and external workflows
  • Structured, analytical, team-oriented and independent working style with a high level of self-motivation and reliability. Willingness to accept responsibility, Sense of duty and urgency
  • Fluency in German at native level and proficiency in English at business level are required, both written and spoken

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
