The posting

Anodiseren is een oppervlaktebehandeling om metalen zoals aluminium te voorzien van een anti oxidatie laag.

Anodiseren gebeurt door middel van een elektrolytische behandeling in baden. De oxidelaag is hard, poreus en slijtvast. Daarna kan door afsluiten van de poriën (sealen) de corrosiebestendigheid worden verbeterd.

Anodiseren wordt in Sobinco toegepast om onderdelen zoals scharnieren, krukken, sloten, … te beschermen tegen corrosie en alsook het uiterlijk te verfraaien.

De anodisatielijn bestaat uit achter elkaar geplaatste baden, gevuld met procesvloeistoffen. De producten worden manueel met een rolbrug in de respectievelijke baden gedompeld. Na het verstrijken van de procestijd wordt het product uit de vloeistof getakeld, waarna de producten een bepaalde tijd uitlekken boven het bad. Zo doorlopen de producten de diverse processtappen, waarbij de rolbrug bediend wordt door de operator. Het manueel opsteken van de verschillende onderdelen gebeurt ook door de operator.

- Je kan jouw werk goed organiseren en je bent vooruitziend,

- Je hebt reeds ervaring opgedaan met een rolbrug of bent bereid om het aan te leren,

- Je laat jou niet gemakkelijk afleiden en werkt geconcentreerd,

- Je komt in vaste voormiddag ploeg. De opleidingsperiode gaat door in dagploeg.

- Je controleert de afgewerkte stukken en hebt oog voor kwaliteit,

- Je merkt storingen op aan de baden en past deze aan indien mogelijk,

- Je houdt van orde en netheid en je voert wekelijks preventief of correctief basisonderhoud uit aan de baden,

- Je bent bereid om stap voor stap de volledige opleiding ter plaatse te volgen
